2024 Vendor Table Form

            We are honored to host you as a vendor on July 20, 2024, at the Ponchatoula Community Center, 300 N. Fifth Street, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454. Conference attendees will have time during registration, breaks, and during the ninety minute lunch period to visit vendors’ tables. Vendors need to bring books, decorations/table setup material and change for your buyers. Our group will not handle any sales, so please bring enough change for the day. Set up begins at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 20th. Our conference begins at 9:00 a.m.

The conference cost is $40. A full vendor table is $25 and a half vendor table is $15.

The conference registration of $40.00 gives you full participation in all sessions and includes breakfast refreshments and lunch. Electricity is available on a first come basis. Each table will be supplied with two chairs and a basic white cloth, but personalization is appreciated and encouraged! Come and enjoy our hospitality as we network with our speakers and guests.
